I completed my Whole30 for July and I am down 14 pounds! Awesome. And I feel great. Going to stick with it. Although I did have some small cheats like some half and half in my coffee every now and then. Overall I did not have sugar or sweets, alcohol, or grain products.
My new found favorite thing is Mauna Loa macadamia nuts from Costco. Yummy!
I am happy to be able to have a glass of wine occasionally and dark chocolate again.
